Bob Tangredi is a proven entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience leading public and private equity businesses. He effectively drives innovative change and provides a “spark” for revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise value. Bob is an expert in defining market-focused strategies, aligning business structures to deliver growth, and attracting talent. He has successfully led water treatment, healthcare, transportation, and technology businesses. Bob has deep buy-side M&A experience, acquiring and integrating dozens of companies, and has implemented lean continuous improvement to drive synergy. Bob has spoken to groups of over 1,000 on the topics of commercial growth, business process reengineering, and talent management. Bob believes building a solid strategy starts with creating an employee-focused culture.. Bob's last role was as CEO of Pure Water Technology (PHSI®), one of the nation’s leading manufacturers and marketers of water purification systems to commercial customers. PHSI serviced over 12,000 commercial customers and supported a hundred partner dealers. Bob led PHSI, a private equity-owned business, through a successful sale process in January 2019. Before PHSI, Bob spent ten years as a Corporate Vice President & General Manager at Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL), helping lead businesses from $140 to $550 million in revenue. Bob’s first job out of college turned into a 15-year career with Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX), and he was then recruited as a commercial leader at Monster.com (NYSE: MWW).
